Right now, around the world, women's confidence is in crisis. 74% of women think they lack confidence in their career-defining moments*, and
there are major gaps in how women wiew their ability, their work relationships, and their future potential compared to men.

​ Through partnerships with expert non-profit organizations, we proudly commit to support
mentoring programs for women, by women, to help young women grow their confidence.

Initially launched in the US in January 2023, we have now launched in 11 markets helping more than 2000 women in 2023, with more to come.

Together with Aspire For Her, Kérastase implements 'flash mentorship' programming, sharing the idea that one powerful conversation can have a profound and enduring impact. This type of mentoring allows both mentors and mentees quick access to conversations which can boost their confidence.

Kérastase also provides global content to support and enrich women, at every stage in their journey, towards boosting self-promotion, increasing self-esteem, and combatting imposter syndrome. Leveraging a strong and diverse community of inspiring female role-models and figures, content shares their journeys and perspectives about self-confidence and female empowerment, as well as concrete advice, tips and inspiration on how to dare to embrace one's own confidence and ambition.
